DELIVERY
The preparation and delivery of each product requires its own time in order to receive the best. Depending on the workload, delivery can take up to 10 business days on average. After placing an order, we will contact you to inform you of the delivery time.
We strive to ship orders in the shortest possible time and in the order in which they were placed.
In case the customer and Little Fairy have not set a delivery date, the delivery date of the goods is up to 30 calendar days from the date of acceptance of the order.
If delivery may take longer due to unexpected events, we will contact you by email or phone, in case the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you can cancel your order. For orders placed on Friday after 2 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, as well as on public holidays, the delivery period runs from the first business day.
After you order, you will receive an email confirmation with information about when your order is expected to be delivered.

IMPORTANT: Upon receipt of the goods, the customer is obliged to check the condition of the product and if there are any violations of the integrity of the product due to the fault of the courier company, to immediately notify Little Fairy. All shipments are sent with "Fragility" insurance and the responsibility for transport lies with the courier company. If the customer finds a violation of the integrity of the goods after accepting the shipment without checking for violations of integrity and finds this when unpacking the product outside the office or in the presence of the courier, Little Fairy is not responsible.
Goods that cannot be returned or exchanged:
- goods manufactured to the User's order, which he has approved in advance and in accordance with his individual requirements;
In the event of a defective product or a misplaced shipment, Little Fairy Ltd. will cover the courier return services described above.

RETURN
Little Fairy prides itself on offering high quality products for children. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days, at your own expense. The return and exchange policy is designed to make the process hassle-free for customers. You can shop with confidence, knowing that if you have changed your mind about a product or if it does not meet your expectations, you will receive full assistance. The store's refund and exchange policy is aimed at building trust and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
The return period starts from the day the last item(s) of your order is delivered.
How can you return an item?
If you wish to return something, please use the following steps:
1) Fill out the Return Form and fill in the reason for returning the product.
2) Prepare the product you wish to return including the Return Form.
3) Contact Little Fairy Ltd. via the contact form to specify the details of returning the goods
4) For orders placed and paid for by cash on delivery, please register the details of the account to which you would like the amount to be refunded in the form that you return together with the goods.
5) Do not forget to write down your order number, in case of need, contact Little Fairy.
6) After we receive your shipment at our warehouse, we will send you a return notification by email, in which we will confirm receipt of the shipment. If you return any of the ordered goods or the entire order, its value will be refunded via the original payment method, deducting the costs of return shipping if they have not already been paid. The amount for returned goods paid for by bank card will usually be refunded to the card you used for the purchase. For returned goods paid for by cash on delivery, please provide your bank details to which you would like us to refund the amount in the Return Form.
7) In order to refund you, please note the following:
● The refunded amount is in Bulgarian leva.
● We refund only to a Bulgarian bank account
● The bank account provided must match the name of the person who created the account on littlefeiry.com.

9) Little Fairy guarantees a full refund of the amount paid, as described in section 6 (Order Cancellation) of the General Terms and Conditions, provided that all goods are returned in the same condition in which they were when you received them. This means that the goods must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered.
