COMPLETING AN ORDER
To purchase a Physical Product:
1. You enter the Products section.
2. Select one or more of the offered products and add them with the "Add to Cart" button in the store, where you indicate the desired quantity and when you are ready with your selection, click the "View Cart" button.
3. The system opens your cart for final review, you provide data for delivery in Bulgaria.
4. Click the "Buy" or "Buy with TBI on payment" button
5. Provide the necessary data for the order - name, phone number, e-mail and if you have chosen a delivery method to a Speedy office, fill in the field with your desired office (number, name or address of the office), and if your choice is to an address, we will send it to the address you specified.
6. You have an invoice option and you can enter the data here if you wish.
6. Click the "Continue" button
7. You mark that you agree to the store's Terms and Conditions and click "Place order and pay".
To purchase Digital Format (file):
1. You enter the Digital Format section.
2. Select one or more of the offered products and add them with the "Add to Cart" button in the store, where you indicate the desired quantity and when you are ready with your selection, click the "View Cart" button.
3. The system opens your cart for final review, then you click the "Buy" button.
4. Provide the necessary data for the order - name, phone number, e-mail (you do not need to enter a delivery method).
You press the "Continue" button.
5. If desired, specify invoice details, then "Place order and pay".
6. You will receive a proforma invoice by e-mail and once your payment has been processed, we will send you the file by e-mail (within one business day).
